"We commissioned Benjamin to write the score for our short film TUSKY - a dark, character driven drama. The brief was complex, the score needed to work for the tone and atmosphere of the film and accommodate the many different sound design elements. Benjamin created a beautifully understated score; emotional, unsettling and otherworldly - and big when it needed to be big. Crucially, his score allowed the finer nuances of the sound design to breathe. Throughout the whole process Benjamin continued to provide solutions and was always willing to experiment until we found something that worked. Benjamin is a talented composer, a great collaborator and just a lovely guy. I look forward to working with him again in the future."

“Ben found us through our Kickstarter independent stopmotion film Soulstice and blew us away with his music demo to our animatic. His intuitive grasp of mood, his piano and guitar prowess, and his skilled compositions with minimal direction put him a cut above most. We would gladly work with Ben again and look for any opportunity to collaborate with him again”

"I absolutely loved working with Ben on the score for “Foxhole”. He instantly understood the mood and tone I was looking for from our first chat, and brought so much to the table that I hadn’t even pictured. Not only is an incredibly talented composer, but a joy to collaborate with as a director."

"I hired Benjamin to score my short thriller comedy THE MIX and he really understood how to elevate the film with an electronically based score that was haunting, upbeat and quirky all at the same time. We communicated easily about ideas and he incorporated his own style into what I had in mind. He not only has finely tuned cinematic sensibilities, but is quick with turnarounds, too. It was a pleasure and definitely recommend having him score your next film, regardless of genre."

"When working with a composer, the hope is to do so with an artist who is truly collaborative in finding the right sound for any project and story -- shepherding an integral element of any film's success; I've been lucky to find such a collaborator in Benjamin who has provided not only a uniquely singular score for us but a working relationship built on exploration that has been a pleasure to partake in. Benjamin exhibits clear craftsmanship and receptiveness to the process of filmmaking that any director would be grateful to have."

"Working with Ben was such a pleasure for our short film, Hope Ain't Right. From initial communication to final delivery, the whole process was really smooth as Ben was very supportive. It was a very collaborative process and it was really exciting to see how well Ben bought his own creativity to the brief and deliver an end result that we were extremely happy with. I've recommended Ben's work previously and will continue to do so as well as look for future opportunities to work together again."

"Ben was fantastic to work with. He was communicative, met all of his deadlines, and simultaneously collaborative and steadfast in his artistic vision. My film, The Traveler, is a multi-genre, horror / sci-fi / Victorian period film, which can be a challenging assignment to compose. It requires a delicate amount of balance to service each appropriately, and Ben knocked it out of the park. He elevated the film in a way that test screeners consistently highlight, especially the final track, which I now boot up the film just to hear. I highly recommend Benjamin to compose your film, and he will be my first outreach on any project going forward."

"Benjamin was a joy to work with. He listened and immediately understood the vision for the film and then brought his own creative flare, elevating every single frame. He's kind, considered and overall impressively creative. I look forward to working with Benjamin again in the future."

“Working with Benjamin on my film was an extremely fun and enlightening experience for me, and brought our short to an extremely vibrant, genre-loaded place; exactly what I was hoping for and beyond. We spent much of our time discussing references and set out to be very ambitious from a filmic and musical perspective, which ultimately just felt like playing around and experimenting. I hope I did my due diligence and directed a solid short without score, but I can't overemphasize how much Ben's score set up a world, created pathos for its characters, and sounded good, all in 13 minutes. I would work with him again in a second.”

"Benjamin has an incredible talent for finding the heart of a story. He can take the pulse of an unfinished film, understand it, and bring out its tones in such a dramatic and beautiful way. I felt like I hadn't really seen my film until I had seen it with his score. On top of that, he was always on time, always receptive to notes, and always surprising me with the depth of his work. I can't wait to collaborate with him again."

"Benjamin makes magic! His ability to match his creativity to our creation is unparalleled. We created a fantasy world for the stage, and Benjamin's music brought it to life. Whether we're exploring dungeons or battling dragons, Benjamin's soundscape is an essential tool on any quest."
